2. Estimates and Payments

  • Quotes are free and valid for 30 days
  • A written agreement may be required for ongoing or seasonal contracts
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified
  • We accept cash, check, and major digital/credit payments

3. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and service location details
  • Ensure the area is accessible at the time of service
  • Notify us in advance of any hazards (e.g., hidden obstacles, special instructions)

4. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to extreme weather, traffic, or inaccessible property
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., cracked pavement, raised curbs)
  • Surface or landscape disruptions due to buried obstructions not visible under snow

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Injuries or accidents resulting from conditions outside of our control after service completion

6. Warranties

We do not provide warranties or guarantees for complete snow/ice removal due to the unpredictable nature of winter conditions. Service performance is based on best effort and agreed scope.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

  • Unsafe conditions exist
  • The client breaches payment terms or contract obligations
  • There is misuse, harassment, or uncooperative behavior

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, images, text, and layout) is owned by Xenia Premier Snow Removal Services and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Greene County, OH.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
